This policy explains what information Blixpot ("we", "us") collects through blixpot.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and simple because we collect very little.
Information we collect
- Contact & quote form: your name, email address, message and, if you choose to provide them, the type of project and budget.
- Newsletter / "notify me": your email address.
- Technical data: basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) processed by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If enabled, privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics may count page views.
- Preferences stored on your device: your choice of light/dark theme and language is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To send launch news and updates, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies
The public website does not use tracking cookies. A technical cookie is used only for the private admin area and is not set for ordinary visitors.
Sharing & storage
Your information is stored with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and, if email notifications are enabled, an email delivery provider used to forward your message to our team. We only share information when needed to run the service, or when required by law. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates, by emailing [email protected].
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
